An international research and development, engineering and technology center created for the sole purpose of providing “hyper” performance upgrades for AI-RC car racing.
Firstly it is about upgrading existing frame and bodyworks. Secondly, we focus on the addition of an embedded system that boosts the car’s racetime performance.
Our headquarters are located in Kamatori (just east of Tokyo), while our research and development resources, as well as our expertise, is always globally-distributed.
Because we have a burning desire, as is so evident in today’s Formula 1 culture, to achieve the very best performance through design, craftsmanship, and technology.
Reverse Engineering of Chassis & Bodyworks
Critical Analysis of Performance Factors
Fabrication of Upgrading Hyper Components
Frame & Bodywork Reconstruction
Testing of Embedded System Interface
A synergistic combination of experience (built over a period of five decades in IT) focuses on innovative system design that is supported by expertise in assembly and HLL programming, embedded systems engineering, and mission-critical AI frameworks.
At first, the focus is always placed on conceptualizing next-generation architectures for embedded systems that are mission-specific and therefore smaller and faster
The perpetual goal is to achieve uncompromised performance with the most compact embedded hardware configuration — a goal that is constantly evolving.
Designing “abstract” SoCs and SBCs for future applications often means working with nano-sized platforms that are in constant evolution

Current research includes the evaluation of an extensive array of SBCs (Single Board Computers), suitable for use as embedded systems.
All SBCs must satisfy the technical requirements of controlling the onboard powerplant, suspension, and steering configuration on 1/10 scale RC racing cars. Other areas of research relate to software design and development for sensor array processing and analysis.

A new logo has been designed to help bring a strong, aggessive character to the image of the 'HyperTech' organization. The new brand name design will be especially evident when it's used on its future cars.

Kamatori
HyperTech Racing will have its offices and workshops located in the town of Kamatori, Chiba, Japan — a city located on the East side of the Greater Tokyo Area.
Kamatori has all the requisite features needed to become a future center of high-tech development in the Kanto area — especially given its upscale neighborhood vibe, new town feeling and natural environment, plus its excellent access to the commercial districts of Tokyo.
